10 Gin Cocktails That Are Easy To Make
Gin was first produced in the 17th century and it’s still used frequently now, and not just for a gin and tonic. Although it may be renown for its qualities to get a party started, it can actually be good for you too.
(We thought that might get your attention!).
Made with juniper berries, it actually helps to fight off illnesses; in the 1720s, it was the safest drink available to people, as water was contaminated with diseases.
The history of gin is marvellous and it was once the epitome of health and courage, and it’s making a recurrence in the 21st century.
There are plenty of cocktails with strong spirits that you can make from home, but for now, we’ve got a long list of cocktails containing only gin for you to try.

Gin provides a foundation to many of our favourite drinks (including these above) and its sales have dramatically increased in 2016. This is probably because of its similar consistency and strength to vodka, yet unique taste.
Not only is gin strong enough to cause a hangover, in the early 1900’s, it was the base of a Bloody Mary cocktail to help cure a hangover too.
