Gin-Gin Mule
Ingredients
- 45ml Gin
- 30ml Simple Syrup
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 60ml Ginger Beer
- 10 Mint Leaves
Method
Add all ingredients apart from ginger beer to a shaker.
Muddle ingredients.
Top up shaker with ice and shake until fully chilled. Strain into a copper mule full of ice and top up with ginger beer.
Add the mint sprig at the end for garnish.
