- 10 leaves Mint
- 1 shot Chartreuse (Green)
- 1 shot Vodka (Bison Grass)
- 3 shots Apple Juice (pressed)
- 1 shot Passion fruit syrup
Bruise the mint in the boston glass lightly to release the flavour and aroma. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain into an ice filled glass and garnish with a mint sprig
