Sazerac
Ingredients
- 1/2 shot of Absinthe
- 2 shots of Bourbon
- 1/3 shot of Sugar Syrup
- 3 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
Method
Add the Absinthe to your glass, and fill with ice. Stir and leave to one side.
Stir the rest of the ingredients with ice for about 30 seconds. Discard the absinthe and ice in the rocks glass and strain into your absinthe coated glass. twist a lemon zest over the drink and garnish.
