- 25ml Irish Whiskey
- 50ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Egg White
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
- Dash Angostura Bitters
- Dash Soda Water
Put a glass in the freezer to chill. (Stops the drink from becoming warm quickly once poured).
Add everything but the soda water and lemon peel garnish to a cocktail shaker full of ice.
Shake well for 20-30 seconds. Pour through a strainer into your chilled glass.
Top up with soda water and place the lemon peel garnish on the rim of the glass. And voila!
