- 50ml of White Rum
- 25ml of Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
- 25ml of Strawberry Purée
- or 7 fresh hulled Strawberries
This can be made 2 ways. in a blender, or shaken and strained.
Blended: Put all ingredients in a blender, with a small scoop of crushed ice. and blend. Add more ice to the blender to make the mixture thicker so you can pile it up in the glass.
Shaken: Muddle strawberries in the base of shaker. Or if using strawberry purée, simply add all ingredients to the shaker. Shake with ice and double strain into chilled Martini glass and garnish with a strawberry on the rim.
